I got a message saying: "Errors found in content pacakge 'Doctor Javier's Medical Arsenal'.

Not sure either, try reinstalling the mod

If the issue persists it should be fixed on the 20th

Getting the same error message as well in the mod menu screen in game: "Errors found in content pacakge 'Doctor Javier's Medical Arsenal'.
