Add most deaths to the top of the LB instead of the opposite. Public server getting filled with leaderboard of players that dont play.

I'm going to follow with Redburn here. When you have a decently-sized server, there are a lot of 0s. I'd like it to be the other way around, like a wall of shame instead of a wall of fame :)

Make one mod with alive, death, PVE kill board.
