Source of Starwood Weapons & Armor?

I can't find any information about how these early-game weapons are crafted or otherwise acquired. Using the RecipeBrowser mod, it doesn't seem like they drop from any enemy or can be crafted in any way. There's no wiki to look at either, so I'm at a loss.

They're crafted by throwing various wooden items into Starwater, which you get when a fallen star falls into or is dropped into water.
