Conditions to meet crow
What are the conditions to meet crow? I'm playing with friend and they got it twice but i didnt see him once so I can't even press Y to get any info about starlight

i think the initial condition is to kill eye of cthulhu or a other boss.
you get ability for Y investigation after talking to him.
the forge which currently seems bugged, gives you the second power.
I have gotten that second power, but since the update from 2 days ago the area seems bugged and softlocked.

the mod doesn't have multiplayer compatibility according to its page. Thats likely your issue.

NVM they removed the multiplayer incompatible part but that is likely still the problem. also he can spawn before killing any boss.

NVM again multiplayer is indeed not supported they moved the warning to the mods FAQ .
