Bug in title. Reforging the Overflowing Urn appears to be bugged, as it seems like it can only get certain modifiers and the ones that buff critical strike chance allow the weapon to deal critical strike damage. It's already a bit busted without this bug but it deals insane damage w/ the bug. the debuffs from using the weapon for too long seem to also not be applying, but I may be wrong on that. EDIT: the debuffs are applying, but aren't bad at all. only the critical strike chance is bugged
