I have no idea how they function, I would like to think that it makes the accessory twice as effective since you can't reforge them, but I can't see that it does this. It dosent seem to double the reforge or base state increases they have either.

If anyone as input/information/ideas of what they do, please let me know, I don't wanna go grinding for Twice Feral Claws if they are pointless.
