Please, if you are playing with this patch installed - report all balance issue to here and not go bothering Red or Cataph. This patch shakes the balance for the Estalia/NWC faction a lot, and if there is a balance mess, it's probably caused by me.

I'd like to say that this patch is perfectly balanced, but... Well, while I've tried to the best of my ability to account every possible balance factor - I'm pretty sure there still a lot to be fixed, tweaked, buffed or straight removed. So please, if you've been bold enough to choose to play your TWW3 campaign with this patch instead of one of two solid, playtested, balanced overhaul mods - consider leaving feedback on your campaign experience. It will be greatly appreciated!
