yeah they are probably more simple
but i kind of wanted simultanius jumps so i don't have to shoot at my feet again and again

Springing!!! (this could be turned on and off like the B.A.S.E. jumper)
You can spring higher if you fall from higher
+10% more damage taken from falling if you don't deploy it

No negatives because it takes up space where a weapon or something more useful could be

How about this
+Mega jump
+You will keep momentum from rocket jumps or mega jump if you hold down jump (a bit like bunny hops but you dont gain speed)
The mega jump is a bit different this will be a ability which has a 25 second cool down when you do this you jump 55% higher and gain speed while falling, this is activated by your special key (mouse 3) this can be used in mid air but when you use it in mid air you take 40 damage also if you hit someone above you with this you take them to the same height as you and deal 20 damage.

-Landing onsomeone or going in water causes springs to get busted and you have to wait 60 seconds for them to get fixed (supply cabinets dont refill them) you also take 20% more rocket jump damage if they are removed.

too complicated
and rocket jump resistance is not what i really want, for i want to use it with rocket jumper to use market gardener

-50% fall damage while active
continues jump with, height penalty for each jump.
Counts as rocket jump.

Say mine to complicated this is too op i mean heres how i see it use the double jump hold down key and swing the market gardener but also remember try to make the weapon useful for all weapons not just one

Sure thats what you want but when i make stats i want it to have a use with lots of weapons, i can remove the rocket jump resistance but i dont wnat to make stats for another trolldier weapon and my stats are used to save your life and get to places faster. if you want things to change just say, im always fine with changing stats.
My view of the weapon:

Pros:


+25% Jump heigh gained from blast jumping
No Fall damage taken

The weapon or boots... also allow you to 'blast jump' higher along with nullifying fall damage. However the boots don't reduce initial blast damage. The weapon would likely work well with the liberty launcher or rocket jumper.
