i been playing with this town pretty much since my PZ beginnings and love it.
the only negative thing i can think of is the big mall.
risk vs reward is not balanced, since the loot distribution in the mall seems rather poor...for a mall this size.
having said that,its not a great loss since you find everything you need in the other stores and homes.
and lowkey, without realizing, the maker of this mod also made the best base location in the entire game.

big open spaces, an office part that can be converted in to a living area, has 4 garage doors each warehouse, and neatly arranged shelves...
hope you make more mods, this one is way cool :)
