the water and the little shack reflections are missing textures

That's weird. Noone that tested the map had those problems. Are you running the game at highest settings?

I had the same issue. After turning mat_specular to 0 fixed it as it is the case with quite a few maps. And I'm running everything on max.

i spawn in and i saw missing textures on a house

Strange even after fix cubemaps on floor and river was not fixed for me and if you use HDR will seen this error even on brick wall of the building

The room with the computers has 4 error models, 2 on the table with said computers and 2 near the phone on the other table, i think these are supposed to be for some extra details for the outlets unless theres something completely different next to the phone.
