Increasing battle size
First, you need to go to the game's folder, which is located in the Documents at this address:
C:\Users(UserName)\Documents\Mount&Blade Warband, and open the rgl_config file using a text editor. In this file, find the line labeled battle_size and change it from the default value to one of the options provided below.

1.4143 200
1.8305 250

2.6643 350
3.0805 400
3.5000 450
3.9143 500
4.3286 550
4.7448 600
5.1591 650
5.5753 700
6.0000 750
6.4143 800

8.0833 1000

Afterward, save the file and start the game.

For some reason this doesn't work for me. Maybe because I am using mac os.

My file was located at /Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/MountBlade Warband/Mount and Blade.app/Contents/Resources/rgl_log.txt and it was empty.

I added line battle_size=6.0000 but the battles still have at most 150 fighters.

Could you help me with this please?

Ok I found the solution. You should change values in mission_templates.txt of the module. More about it here https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Tweaks#Tweak_10_h

why not just use battle sizer? there is a app that works on every mode
