Furthermore, did you change the colonial range? I see my range is really buffed.
This is not the only mission where I saw the triggers are not met and still I can complete the mission
Further, the colonial growth is smaller early on, which should help the AI but also the player have a better chance at actually forming colonies before portugal or spain.
How it is meant to work is, you own manhatten or a native owns manhattan, but you need to have gold, which you then purchase it with or another nation owns it which then just makes you need a few colonies in eastern america.
It's replaced with the generic mission faith bastion and global dominance and the art side of the tree is just an empty space. I've tested it playing only with your mod active with the same result. Is it a bug?
I do really enjoy your mod and I was in the middle of a campaign when the mod updated and I'm left with the mission "bugged"
