reloading problem

the riot dudes keep doing the reloading animation after they use all of their bullets on the first magazine HELP I TELL YOU HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

it does that when they have special weapons (m9k,modded weapons,etc) so either you kill them or give the the normal ar2 or smg
