Passive Spore cloud

Whenever a clicker is near a wall and not moving for a while, it will either sit, or stand next to it, (or anywhere really) and become immobile, but it will create a constant spore cloud that infects any person not wearing a gas mask. (and yes, im guessing this can also go with regular infecteds)
