Tall Man : Requires 3 pages to be activated. There is also a newspaper in the watchtower that isn't necessary for this

1st page is behind the H letter on the HOPE sign
2nd is attached to a tree down the hill from the E letter on the HOPE sign
3rd is on a tree next to the watchtower.
Collecting all 3 enables the Tall Man spawns

UFO : Requires finding 2 UFOs to activate. You need to hit both of them
1st UFO is in the pond near Dry Lake
2nd UFO is in the ocean on top left corner of the map

After hitting them both, go to the radar dishes for the crashed one to appear

Gnome : This requires finding 5 gnomes and bringing them to the gnome statue at the Chompsky Bar. (JUMPSCARE WARNING)

1st gnome: Located inside Lucy's Shop, in the bathroom
2nd gnome is in Joe's house, sitting between one of the tables and couches
3rd gnome is on the overpass (?) in Cassady valley, sitting on the right pillar (between the top of the overpass and the arch) farthest to the north
4th gnome is in front of a C-shaped green house, between Cassidy Valley and Dry Lake
5th gnome is at the base of the antenna near the radar dishes.

After the jumpscare, the gnome statue will move to the corner of the kitchen, killing players on contact.

Cassette : Inside the watchtower, under the TV there is a VHS tape. You can bring it to the conspiracy room in the building next to Better Call Paul to play it, but it's just the brainwash video.

Bunker : In the tunnel near Dry Lake, there is a side door leading to some mainteance tunnels of sorts. One of the electrical boxes had a keypad on the side. Code is made up of the numbers from the brainwash video, which is 4217. Cannot noclip inside unless using commands.
