Amputating infected limbs like forearms or leg
a mod which allows to amputate bitten arms and legs would be nice, obviously with protheses

That mod exists and is called "The Only Cure". You can grab it here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2703664356

It won't be added to Sophie any time soon, but you can enable it and try it out.
