"Can't have negative stats"
When trying to select anything but "Capital Cruiser" role for a cruiser hull, it disables the ability to save the design citing "can't have negative stats" making it impossible to make a proper light cruiser lest I risk the design getting instantly rekt in combat involving capital ships.
