Added : Reduction upkeep hero cultist -5% (lord's army, stackable on heroes)

Nurglish jester :
Base : +8% chance to defend against agents.
Added : Winds of magic power reserve change +5%

1-Pestilent Growth :


Base : Disable campaign movement for 2 turns, +20% replenishment for armies in the region. 2 turns duration.
Base enhanced by nurgle ascendancy : +10% replenishment in the region. 2 turns duration.
15 turns cooldown.

Now : Don't disable campaign movement, +20% replenishment for armies in the region, immune to all attritions, allow to replenish in foreign territories. 2 turns duration.
Now enhanced by nurgle ascendancy : +10% replenishment in the region, +750 XP for all the characters inside the selected army, +3 turns duration (+1).
10 turns Cooldown (-5 turn Cooldown)


Note : Your army will now replenish no matter what under this effect, allowing you to be more reckless for a few turns.

2-Blessing of Nurgle :


Base : Disable campaign movement for 2 turns, +30% chance to spread plague for the armies in the province. 3 turns duration.
Base enhanced by nurgle ascendancy : +100% chance to spread plague for the armies in the province. 3 turns duration.
15 turns cooldown.

Now : Don't disable campaign movement, +30% chance to spread plague for all armies (factionwide), recruited units will have 75% life (local region), +2 ranks on recruit for lords and heroes (local region) 3 turns duration.
Now enhanced by nurgle ascendancy : +100% chance to spread plague for all armies (factionwide), recruited units be at max life (local region), +5 ranks on recruit for lords and heroes (local region) 3 turns duration.
12 turns Cooldown (-3 turn Cooldown)


Note : This once useless unholy manifestation will now be very helpful when you need to raise quickly an army at full health with better lord/heroes. Useful to either defend an incoming attack or to recruits multiple heroes/lords.

3-Exponential Growth :


Base : +150 growth (province), -20% units recruitment cost (local region). +3 turns duration
Base enhanced by nurgle ascendancy : +350 growth (province), -50% units recruitment cost (local region). 3 turns duration
15 turns Cooldown.

Now : +110 growth (province), -35% units recruitment cost (local region), -35% building cost (local region). 4 turns duration (+1)
Now enhanced by nurgle ascendancy : +210 growth (province), -50% units recruitment cost (local region), -50% building cost (local region). 5 turns duration (+2)
12 turns Cooldown (-3 turn Cooldown)


Note : This was already a good buff, but a building cost reduction and additionnal duration make it even better to build your economy and cities, for the same growth bonus as vanilla (450 total base, 1050 when nurgle ascendancy)

4-Nurgle's Visitation :


Base : Disable campaign movement for 3 turns, then spread random plagues in the enemy province.
Base enhanced by nurgle ascendancy : Disable campaign movement for 2 turns, then spread random plagues in the enemy province.
15 turns Cooldown.

Now : Disable campaign movement for 1 turn, then spread random plagues in the enemy province, and give factionwide bonus of +20% movement range, +50% post battle income and +50% looting settlement income. these buffs last 7 turns.
Now enhanced by nurgle ascendancy : Disable campaign movement for 1 turn, then spread random plagues in the enemy province, and give factionwide bonus of +30% movement range, +100% post battle income and +100% looting settlement income. These buffs last 15 turns.
15 turns Cooldown (unchanged)

It works on any province regardless of the owner, it's an all life consuming bloating mutant in the idea (and to balance a bit for the great regeneration passive)
It may also be used to gain more easily the ancillary that can be received in low growth region too

It helps early on since most end game units have AP damages (great unclean ones, toad dragons, plague ogres, drones, rot knights)

So basically i gave it to make the non ap units useful longer, or even build an army around them (forsaken, chaos spawn, chaos knights, plaguebearers)

Also exalted heroes of nurgle can have an effect which reduce armour by 10 too (and it's even provincewide !)
And there's also a plague for reducing armour too, if you play a high level ku'gath you can have at anytime a blessed symptoms which reduce armour by 30


For instance, even without this mod, as Ku'gath, place 3 exalted heroes of nurgle in a province then send a plague cultist spreading a -30 plague on a big army, stripping them -60 armour away with little to no efforts.

Is Rusty Withering trait still OP ?

PS : This trait also gives a reason to keep the lord human instead of ascending him to daemonhood
