Shield Parts and Crafting Table Location
Crafting Table is in the Moving Castle (Spawn Room) to the left of the staircase.

Part Locations
Part 1: Market Chipping Downtown, in the corner by the Train and Challenge Crystal.
Part 2: Market Chipping House, To the left of Pack-a-Punch
Part 3: Desolate Lands, To the left of the arch, behind a destroyed wall.
