Remake Weeping Angel NPC

The Endo B "Angel" nextbot has the best AI of any "Lookaway" nextbot that I have seen in a long time, you should consider making the Weeping Angel nextbots since the old ones are buggy and outdated.

there does need to be a new weeping angel as the old one just teleports
