Unless there is a download link in the description(Which almost always goes to gamebannana. They have basically all the skins), you can not suscribe to these items for TF2. In the case of TF2, you vote "yes" and if enough people do so, valve will find a way to add it into the game.

Well If We Rate It And If It Get Like God Knows How Many Rates Then It Will Be Added To TF2. Besides We Need A New Spy Knife.
