what does the fast charging chip do?
idk what it does do androids have a certain amount to charge?

In my game it just enables charging where when the droid (or any robot type from this game) has no charge (or when detail view is on and it has a no charge icon) you can attach it to a power source and it will charge and revive.
I consider this a bug since without the fast charging module droids can charge.
If you're a developer then please try to fix this bug.
