deleting entire cities with a sneeze and all that goofy klang ♥♥♥♥

My current question is how do I put it back? Me and some friends are playing Ares at war and we kinda need the market to sell our stuff and buy some of the more advanced components. My inital idea was to start a new world into creative, blueprint azuris, and then paste it in where it was in the current survival world via cheats.

Would this work? if not what can I do?
