I know how to research, craft or find any item on this map except the EXTERNAL WALL, i saw it in the craft menu but i just cant find it, maybe the only way to research it is randomly get a blueprint of it from a blueprint library?

im pretty sure u get it from library since theres no other way to get it except the blueprint

you can get them from Blueprint Libraries. also do you know how to get the ninja gear,pirate hat,and the various eyepatches? building a collection but cant find those items

u can get a pirate hat on the flooded ship near the lumber yard maybe eyepatch spawns there too
ninja gear and katana can spawn in cave on titanium layer u will see the ninja zombies they can drop it too
