Everyone cares
There is a reason why rules exist.
VALVe have right to remove your content and even restrict your account if you do something illegal.

Please go a head and advertise something illegal and watch your account get deleted.

If you have CS:S mounted, then why do you need CS:S content in the map? I think that is pointless.

I still don't get this, because when CS:S is mounted, then the player gets cs_assault with obviously CS:S content, and works perfectly fine in Sandbox, so I don't know why does this user wants CS:S content in gm_assault_sandbox.

just like how some people subscribe to variations of gm_flatgrass and construct. i would prefer to play on a different variation of cs_assault for sandbox. besides, the first of the css maps he worked on was gm_port sandbox which included new additions and fixes. i would like to see these types of maps but with their css artstyle retained

Basically a version which contains CS:S textures instead of default Half-Life 2 textures.
While maintaining this map, and perhaps making a new reworked version of this map with CS:S textures.
