when im playing gamemode star ship trooper it always says addon global npc is having proplems check proplems menu for support
what do i do

Eh i wouldnt really call it a bug, its more like a cautionary warning when starting up maps with prespawned npcs.
Most prespawned Npcs will gather to your location upon hearing or knowing your existance. After clearing them there will be a lack of npcs in areas of the map.
So basically if you want to keep the npcs in their orignial position disable this mod

Seems to sometimes break the Man hack deployment animation from iNPC where it gets stuck in the Metro-Cops hands

Are you sure it's this addon? If you can confirm that, it would be very interesting, since I have the same issue.
