-Debug speeding problem

soo when u increase speed at debug mode with pzns npc framework the npcs will just not move or doo anything the only thing they will doo is kill zombies basically sadly would be cool if you fixed this issue soo we could see if npcs would survive for 1 year ingame or an week and etc
