MIYAMOTO:
Akuma Ronin: attack simultaneously all adjacent enemy units uses 1 charge
Divine discipline(Passive): upon killing a unit gain +2 CS and gain 15% of the units production as culture. Killing barbarians grants no CS but gives 40 culture
Crimson Blade: Ignores walls/defenses of encampments and city centres and directly damages them.Grants all of the production for destroying encampments and culture after destroying city centres in the capital or the nearest city. Consumes 2 charges

JIN SAKAI:
Ghost of Tsushima(Passive): Every Attacking Unit suffers combat penalty of -10. Injured Units take more damage from Jin the lower they are.
Blazing encounter: Releases a smoke cloud hexing adjacent tiles and exersicing zone of control becoming intargetable for ranged units and dealing burn damage for 5 turns to every unit in the hex. Uses 2 charges
Onis Wrath: Consumes all leftover charges and gives +(30-27-24-21-18-15-12-9-6-3) combat strength permanently. After using this ability required faith to recall Jin Sakai is decreased by 25%

these are still tentative but i felt like i should give my two cents on the idea. Feel free for any feedback
i can also give descriptions for the abilities since i felt that these suit them i can also make some changes
A few people I have in mind are: Black Beard, Killdozer, White Death, The Murphy Brood, Al Capone.
