Discovered curses.
Cursed, huh?
To cut it short, I'll list everything I've come across during my 20 minutes of gameplay.

Curse list:
  • Occasionally, small props will spawn near you, specifically either at your feet or behind you with a sound. These can be: a frying pan, a boiling pot, a can of Dr. Breen's private reserve, a human spine, a human skull;
  • You are unable to use the spawnmenu or the context menu. The console commands to open them don't work, either;
  • You are also unable to use noclip.
  • Sometimes, in specific locations, a bright light will flicker with its origin set directly at your feet;
  • Swimming in water proves a little bit difficult (could be my own thing);
  • Sometimes a black-coloured G-Man with blank eyes will appear. It's a docile NPC, actually just a reskinned npc_gman, doesn't hurt you. He can be killed with HL2 weapons (which you can spawn if you write "sv_cheats1" and then "impulse 101" in the console). These entities may also stack, especially in the big hall in the middle of the map, resulting in there humourously being 6 black G-Men at once;
  • You will randomly be killed, with the console reporting that you've "suicided";
  • Specific or all doors may randomly become locked only to unlock moments later. This can also have you softlocked in a spawning room if it only has closed doors leading out of it.

What happens when you touch the G-Man?
When you touch the G-Man entities, the following may happen:
  • The G-Man will disappear;
  • You will be killed with your own killbind (console reports that you've "suicided");
  • You will be actually removed along with the G-Man, obviously resulting in your death (console reports that you were killed by "worldspawn");
  • You will be teleported randomly across the map, sometimes to locations you couldn't normally reach (such as the closed-off The End room below the main part of the map, forcing you to suicide to get out of there)

This is everything I could find so far. Got bored.

Imma call bs because none of these ever happened after hours of gameplay

Heh, that's alright. Yeah, the original is absolutely fine. gm_liminal_space_cursed has different geometry than the original, so that may tip you off that you're about to witness curses.
