cannot bill document on study desk. the option is there but you can't click it

Unsure if i am doing something wrong or not. Cant seem to be able to train colonist to use weapons.
As a test used crashlanded and decided to research the Recurve bow. The tech related to the item is researched, the book is added in the library and the item exists in the stockpile. In the shooting target all training options are enabled and set to forever. all tasks expect art and handling are enabled on the colonist.
Right clicking on the traget to practise only produces error logs. so does allowing the time to pass

Only mods installed are human resources and the required companion mods.

the error that keeps happening with the target stand goes like this:

look like vanilla factions expanded medieval caused problem.I removed it and everything working so far

When using character editor (steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1874644848) The individual tech tab that pawns have doesn't show up, or dissappears.

It happens when I change a pawn using the character editor menu to change a backstory or load a saved pawn.
If the tech-tab is removed, this will persist even in new games. Until I change mods and it reloads there.
However if I don't use any of the character editor then the tech-tab will be there.

@Jnana this is more likely RimFridge itself problem, actually it seems incompatible with Research Tree, not Human Resources. I cannot fix it.

@Cedaro Gotcha, thanks for checking. Hopefully posting here saves someone some time. I had to binary search my list of mods to find that that was the one.

When used with Psychology (unofficial) v1.1-1.4, the Psychology psyche tab will not appear.
I found Human Resources: Pink Slip in the mod pack I created on July 14, so I applied it to try it out and the problem with the Psychology tab disappearing did not occur.
I think the problem is caused by the update after July 15, so please check.
