a few questions
my first question is: is there ♥♥♥ in the game, it never showed up for me
second: what does the primal needs and emptying do? it keeps saying "no"

It'll be highlighted yellow when it is off "cool down". The player character voids their bowels, has it's own animation and does leave a pile, removing some accrued corruption.
