1.全部蓝色技能，选择后创建人物，游戏中按C键技能栏不显示。
2.但是实际测试，比如蓝色的飞逝之影，却又在游戏中是实际生效的。

There is no Livewire's perk on character creation. I see it in the screenshot advertising the mod, but it's not in the game.

It was a hard-coded skill, bound to characters, removed in the new version.
But you can try adding
.\Make IMP Great Again\Code\IMP_P.lua

Unfortunately, I can't code. I work with people not computers ;)

It's a pity that this perk causes problems, because it's the most useful perk for me and I wanted to play the campaign without Liverare in the squad.
