On the training base map, there's a TOW launcher (at least I think that's what it's called) you can aim and fire. There's a little easter egg you can access by firing at something specific, but that's not what I'm here to talk about. It's possible to aim the launcher to the extreme sides, so that when fired, the missile blows up and kills you. When you respawn, you're back in the chair - but you can no longer get out of it by clicking, like you were prompted to at the level start. I did eventually figure out you can get out by crouching, but I still think this could stand to be fixed so that you don't spawn in the chair, or so that you can click to get up again.
