Cant buy slaves from caravan

I have a positive relationship with slavers. All other slaves in camps are working as intended, but cant talk to them in caravans. Any idea why?

have no other mods that change slaves btw

upd: you can speak with slaves and recruit them as normal if a caravan coming to your outpost as an event, but outside of it - cant do that.
