I know it has been 8 years and I want to say something about this item.

This cosmetic item is marvelous for Demoman. This design reeks of "Upgrade" for Demo without changing too much while maintaining vanilla designs.

If Demoman's design gonna be redone, I would think of this item to improve the details.

However, my only problem with it is with the sleeves. Instead of adding extra sleeve on the wrist, redone the all full arm sleeve so it would be flat and less janky like there is exta thick layer of t-shirt underneath.

Overall it is great and I would like to see this get updated or a remake. Such a shame the other creator who made this deleted their account and whoever you are I hope you are fine and you and your co-creator's item would get in the game with little improvement.
