Is it possible to store lizard pet in inventory?

Seems like it is severely bugged, a user did it and it caused white screens of death even with no other addons.

Can anyone help me with this? I cannot grab my lizard pet so I am not sure how I could put it in my inventory. Does it matter what type of lizard I have tamed?

It's glitched, if you try to put creatures inside the inventory it'll crash.

Oh thank you. So I should not try it. Are you supposed to be able to? Because I cannot even seem to grab hold of it.

I've seen some comments from people who were able to try it and I have been able to grab tamed lizards, squidcadas, and egg bugs so it should be theoretically possible. Though without backing up my save and game data I'm not willing to try it.

Ok I was going to leave this, as it is broken, however I am now curious as to why I cannot grab the lizards I have tamed. I have tamed a few in arena mode as well, but I still cannot grab them. I am pressing shift while near them and nothing is happening. Is there something I am missing in regards to this?
