Ensure the mod AND DLC dependencies are active.

It's left ambiguous, but 2010's-2020's give or take.

3. What do i need to use this mod?
You need the listed dependencies, S&S + S&S: New Wave, as well as the listed DLC dependency, Global Mobilization: Cold War Germany, at a bare minimum, to use this mod. Additional content come in the form of the 'soft dependencies'

4. What is the soft dependencies?
Additional content integrated into the main mod that will only show up when their dependent addon is active in your game. You do not need any of these to run the mod.
