make a glitched heart that when gone will make anything happen good or bad it could give you rkey or spawn delirium or repeat its effect over and over and over and over. plus you can make him slowly gain more and more of these hearts and maybe debug could turn them into random heart types if done in a room with nothing inside. sure you may see this as broken and may make eden a cake walk by spawning brimstone every 10 seconds or give the player 99 lives and kill them over and over until they actually die. but glitches arent balanced and thats all i have to say
