Puzzle 1: Locker
Hint 1: If you have lost Manager Pyo's name card, her mobile number is 6858-6197.
Hint 2: Open the other lockers for clues. Look around the place.
Solution: The password is 6219. You get this by adding the last 4 digits of the mobile number, the total number of images in the video camera (found in the first locker from the left), and the total number of posters around the corridor. (6197 + 9 + 13 = 6219)

Idol Room
Puzzle 2: VIP Merch Machine
Hint 1: Examine the objects in the idol room and move them around.
Hint 2: Remember to click on the turning notch after you key in the password. It's a gacha machine!
Solution: The password is 397. You get this from the VIP ticket's price. The ticket is found underneath the left cushion of the sofa ( simply drag the sofa cushion down).

Puzzle 3: Cabinet (beside the sofa)
Hint 1: Look up at the poster above the sofa.
Hint 2: Hyeon-Woo has performed in these cities. So the number of cities is meaningful to him.
Solution: The password is 183. Simply add up all the number of cities stated on the poster above the sofa.

Puzzle4: Be The Shining Stars
Hint 1: All the three stars are found in this idol room.
Hint 2: Respectively, they are (i) near the display shelf where you first enter, (ii) at the open wardrobe, and (iii) associated with the sink.
Solution: For (i), unlock the VIP Merch Machine (see Puzzle 2). For (ii), move the brown shirt away and go near the pink shirt to take the star. For (iii), fill the sink up so that the star magnet can float up (use the tap handle found at the bottom cabinet - see puzzle 3.)

Puzzle 5: Keyboard and Songwriting
Hint 1: You'll have to wipe off the spilled bubble tea first to get more clues.
Hint 2: Open the bottom cabinet beside the sofa to get a table cloth (see puzzle 3).
Hint 3: After you have wiped off the spilled bubble tea, look at the window… inspiration will come.
Hint 4: After you are "inspired" by the window view, examine all the albums on the wall closely.
Hint 5: Play the same melody as the "inspiring album". Whenever you play a wrong note, hit reset to try unlocking again.
Solution: The answer is "fa mi re re mi do do" (from left to right, start from the playable note - 4322311). This is the melody from the album which has a number 17 on the girl's shirt. Because the hot air balloon has a number 17 too and it has inspired the composer.


How to progress from here:
Play the correct melody on the keyboard (see puzzle 5). Get the key#1 token from the staff ID, and drag and drop onto your Mission Card. The portal to the next location appears.

Puzzle 6: Crying Lady
Hint 1: This poor lady is crying so miserably. Find a way to cheer her up.
Hint 2: There's something useful you have found earlier in the idol room.
Solution: I hope you haven't thrown the VIP concert ticket away. Take that and pass it to the crying lady.

Meeting Room
Puzzle 7: Seat Arrangement
Hint 1: Read the paper note on the floor for clues to find the key items.
Hint 2: Start by figuring out where Hi-Ah should sit. You'll then soon figure out the seat of Alicia.
Solution: Facing the CEO's seat, on the left, from nearest to the CEO: Alicia, Bong Soo, Hi-Ah, Eun-Hee. On the right, from nearest to the CEO: Ocean, Dae Jung, Charles, Felicia.

Puzzle 8: Coffee Capsules
Hint 1: The clues are near the coffee machine.
Hint 2: Start by finding out each of Mandarin Mocha capsule’s intensity. Sugar cube is next.
Solution: From left to right, arrange the rows of capsules (found in the drawer below the capsule stand) in this order: Mandarin Mocha, Wild West Roast, Sultan's Spiced.

Puzzle 9: Laptop
Hint 1: Read the paper note on the floor for clues on where to find the key items.
Hint 2: Place the correct laptop for the teleconference setup on the meeting table.
Solution: The laptop is found on Min Ki's table. His table is the one with a big parcel box. Take it and plug the laptop to the cable on the table (opposite end of the CEO's seat).

Puzzle 10: Mini Box on the Shelf
Hint 1: You'll need to complete all the tasks shown on the screen first.
Hint 2: After completing all the three tasks, finish the dialogue with Janet.
Solution: The password is 428, as Janet has mentioned.

Deputy CEO's Office
How to progress from here:
You'll need to find key#2 token on the phone (beside the computer). Then, place it on your Mission Card.

Puzzle 11: Phone's Locked Screen
Hint 1: Have you helped Janet with the favour?
Hint 2: Mirror reflection. If you cannot visualise, a quick cheat is to put a mirror on your computer screen beside the numbers that you see.
Solution: The passcode is 5749.

Puzzle 12: Facade Technology Authenticator
Hint 1: The objects around in the room will give you the clues that you need.
Hint 2: Find the link between the puzzle and the poster in front of the monitor.
Solution: The password is 1422. So, from top, left to right, the graphics on each square should face: South, North, West, West.


How to proceed from here:
Part 1: Take the suit from the Deputy CEO's Office, after unlocking the Authenticator puzzle (see puzzle 12), and bring it back to the Idol Room. You'll need to also complete the Shining Stars puzzle (see puzzle 4) so that the charging panel appears.

Part 2: After you place the suit on the charging panel, stand on the blue mat (beside the table) so that your energy transmits to the power charge.

Part 3: Give Hyeon-Woo the album called "Bubble Blend" from your inventory. Get token key#3 from his signed album and place it on your Mission Card.

Recording Studio
Puzzle 13: Sound Mixer Panel
Hint 1: You'll need to choose the correct microphone AND adjust the mixer correctly on the sound mixer panel.
Hint 2: Remember to soundproof the room.
Solution: The correct microphone to use is dynamic mic, as the emcee will be using it for the live concert later. It should not be too sensitive as that may capture unnecessary noises (e.g. when the emcee shuffles his feet or accidentally farts).
Solution: The solution to the right control panel is: Left 3, Right 12(max).

Puzzle 14: Lights Mixer Panel
Hint 1: Have you searched the drawers?
Hint 2: White is nothingness.
Solution: The controls should be arranged in this manner (0 is where the button is at its lowest, 1 is middle, 2 is at the top) :
FX 1 = purple; with blue-1 = R2 , B1, Y0
FX 2 = blue = R0, B2, Y0
FX 3 = white = all 0
FX 4 = orange; with red-1, yellow-1 = R1, B0, Y1


How to proceed from here:
Part 1: After you have prepared both the sound and lights effects (see puzzles 13 and 14), the concert hall will be ready! Head to the end of the corridor. Remove the queue stand and enter the door.

Part 2: Find the backstage crew (near the sign that states ‘30 minutes’) and talk to him. Then, talk to Manager Pyo.

Part 3: Go to the audience seat.

Hint 1: Travel back to the stage and look around for clues.
Hint 2: Maybe you can try writing the numbers on a piece of paper. Find the number pattern.
