This is what happens when you shoot any weapon besides db, but also happens when reloading the db

It's an intended behavior to show increased movement speed

Will add an option for that in the next update

UPD: Oh, you DO mean all over the screen. That must be an unintended conflict, only the viewmodels are supposed to be blurred

it probably because fear insipred bullet time but disabling blur option will solve problem thanks

I've got 2 problems, probably because I might've missed something:

NPCs will always T-pose when dying(this happened with the 1st pack too)
Crosshair is a tiny, black square

Am I missing an add-on?

You can configure crosshair color in Q menu's Options. As for NPCs, this is some conflict on your end
