EZ: Uprising subtitles for Civil Protection
There is a version for metrocops, combine soldiers and overwatch voice on moddb as an addon. Since Uprising isnt on Steam that means manual installation.

The addon is called "Subtitles for Civil Protection generic response system" in case Steam will remove the link in the future. Link: https://www.moddb.com/mods/entropy-zero-uprising/addons/entropyzerouprising-subs

Good Tutorial but I cant extract them.

I just tested and the download is fine, try redownload and only unzip when fully downloaded or something.

No I got an error. code 0x80004005 cannot extract the folder. Any help please?

Use 7zip or WinRAR to unpack, not the Windows Unarchiver.

Now next problem, Steam didn't show the EZU even restart Steam & Computer.
