Nine Tenths Map Starter Pack

i took 910_grandtheftauto and broke it down into a very basic starter pack
i'm just gonna put a link here for anyone who wants to use it for their own nine tenths maps

solid idea, you should probably use the entities from the fgd though (nten_teambase and gmod_player_start) since they'll allow you to do 4 teams and won't lock you into the sourcemod rules
