The problem with the appearance of scavengers (and probably vultures, I don’t know honestly)
So, no preludes. When entering a region through other regions or if you enter a campaign while in a region, an exceptionLog appears (I don’t know whether it is somehow related to the problem or not, but the very fact of its presence is already alarming), but that’s not all if sleep in a shelter or die in the same cycle, then the scavengers do not appear in the next cycle, they are absent throughout the region. I have some special relationship with this problem, apparently, otherwise how can I explain that it only manifests itself in me :(
And I’m not even talking about Lush Mire now, I’m talking about the global level, this problem worries me at different periods of time in different regions.

And further. I didn’t find a single living creature in the region (except for Pole Plants), and all the scavengers and even the Leviavan gathered in room F17 (I think that’s what it’s called, if not, then this is the room after the gate bordering Hanging Gardens), at least according to Dev Tools.
