When I start and have my friend join, I (the admin) die and cannot respawn, my friend also doesn't start with a phys gun, disconnecting then rejoining causes me to respawn, any idea what's going on with this?

What addons do you have?
Also have you tried using github flood 2.2?
Did you see any lua error in console?
