Well, I have good news for you. I have discovered the a mod that unintentionally replicates the dual pistol aim feature extremely well, and it works for ALL weapons!

There is a mod called Sharpeye, which is intended to enhance the movement and overhaul the aiming mechanics of the player. However, it comes with a bonus feature: Focus mode! This feature basically allows you to move your weapon like the dual pistols that come with the mod.

You can bind the focus mode by typing "bind key +sharpeye_focus"
or "bind key +sharpeye_focus_toggle" into the console. I recommend using the second command, as otherwise you would have to keep your chosen key pressed down to stay in focus mode.

Now activate focus mode using your chosen key, turn on the intelligent HUD and use the lock on feature like you would with the dual pistols to shoot some NPCs.

It's like the mods where made to work together, am I right?
