Can`t see new buildings
other countries build new type of buildings ,but when i go to building menu (no matter province or task manager) i didn`t see any. Clearly in task meneger really have more space for it , but there is nothing...

Nevermind this is literally russian localization mode ruin`d every other mode again , sorry :P . I let this page here to others man ,who maybe struggle same issue.

No Russian localization still the same ♥♥♥♥ happens. Anyone knows how might I fix this?

There is an easy solution to the problem, all you need is to remove from the mod folder of the Russifier, all that is associated with the buildings, if I'm not mistaken files with the tag "macrobuilding", and so on.
They are responsible for changing and fixing changes to the interface.
