Thoughts

How is this different than the Strong nation and Weakened nation modifiers? Also is it possible to make Lucky Nations a completely manual choice/selection?

Sorry for the late reply. First question: kind of the same bonuses, but they add up if you use Virtual Limes. Second question: Not without breaking compatibility with important mods such as Invictus or Better UI. The console might do it, if you know how to.
