Here's some ideas
  1. Dreg-Shard
    • A recipe for Shard that uses Dreg and Chemfuel Mathmatically it uses less chemfuel per single unit of shard
    • It is a much larger batch, so the total chemfuel per recipe is more than the normal recipe (But cheaper in total. I.E. if this makes 3 times as much, it costs as much chemfuel as 2 batches of the chemfuel-only one)
    • WIth more advanced tech, it's batches are the same size!
  2. Improved Shard Production:
    1. A teir-2 Dreg Coffin, that outputs a liquid form of Dreg. It requires a "tap" to get it as a usable drug though! (It's a new tech that requires the Drug Workbench)
    2. A workbench unlocked with the same tech as the the Teir-2 Dreg Coffin. It can accept Chemfuel from pipes, as well as Dreg from pipes!
      • By using pipes, you can ensure that Dreg is un-asscesable, preventing them from taking the wrong one!
      • It also makes smaller batches of the Dreg-based Shard
  3. Ideologins
    • if you have Ideology, you can choose to have a funeral in which you convert your own dead colonists into Dreg! Depending on precepts, the funeral will either end with the Dreg being ingested, or just be used later!

Use animals more? Like the Warg; add a shard/dreg-derivative that boosts growth speed and feed mass-breed war-beasts.

Perhaps if the Vanilla expanded or Alpha genes mods are installed, the Fertility gene is replaced with the Extra powerful versions

Not 100% sure if it would fit with the mod, but a primitive growth vat substitute or something would be cool to grow gnoblins in

What about a raid where the gnobs come and dig up your graves to make dreg?

Edit: And for each corpse stolen, there's a small mood debuff to the whole colony. Something like "Corpse stolen: 'Dug up to feed some junkie's addiction, there really is no rest for the dead"

Not exactly a goblin idea, though given the provided factions are vanilla pirate/tribe variants, compatibility with this mod would be greatly appreciated (at least - for the pirate side of it, the tribe seems to play nice with the mod as-is):

As for fitting ideas? What about a shattered empire-like faction focused around the more seedy clan-like organisation of a goblin horde (either could be high tech or low tech, depends what you wanna go for) that you can curry favour with to gain titles, benefits, perhaps a win condition? If all this is too much, perhaps a more friendly version of the factions for those wanting to side with them in their playthrough.

And a side note, this is a location name that generated when I started a test game to poke around with the new factions. Somehow it fits perfectly.

I think this suggestion would apply to your gnoblins, stoneborn, and elven xenotype mods, but optional integration with big and small genes (and by extension the big and small framework) would be a good idea.
