Server lag/desync
When I play with my friends the server just lags/desyncs all the time and its unbearable it's impossible to play.

We're going to need a lot more information

Also keep in mind multiplayer becomes more unstable the more people and mods you have, since it's using peer to peer connection and not a dedicated server. Though you could set up a dedicated server if you really needed it :P
