Someway to make bots heal only when commanded?

This would be very usefull for expert so bots dont immediatly waste their kits at yellow health.

change your settings heal_interrupt_minhealth. EX: heal_interrupt_minhealth = 20 (Bot will begin heal themself when they health below 20) or heal_interrupt_minhealth = 1 (Bot will heal themself when they health = 1 or below 1 not recommended)

i tried to set it to 39 but they still heal at 29 health
